Estonian groups abroad can now register for the Song and Dance Celebration 2025
All Estonian choirs and orchestras abroad are now able to register for the XXVIII Song Celebration and XXI Dance Celebration. Registration is open until January 31, 2024.
The organizing committee (Eesti Laulu- ja Tantsupeo Sihtasutus) invites all "Estonian groups that are active abroad. Estonian groups abroad include groups with a focus on preservation and development of the Estonian language and our national culture as well as promoting the sense of belonging with our country in Estonian communities abroad."
Furthermore, a separate group of Estonian collectives abroad will be formed for the XXI Dance Celebration, called WORLDWIDE. Helena-Mariana Reimann (Main Choreographer of the Dance Celebration) invites all Estonian collectives abroad to attend a meeting in the Zoom environment on 13 January 2024 at 16:00 (Estonian time) to share information about participation in the XXI Dance Celebration 2025.
The XXVIII Song and XXI Dance Celebration will take place in Tallinn from July 3rd to 6th 2025. Registration is open until January 31, 2024.
