Estonian studies at the University of Toronto are concerned with the language, literature, and culture of Estonia. The language courses will be of interest to those wishing to improve their language skills, as well as to students of general linguistics who desire to acquire a knowledge of a non-Indo-European language.

Petseri Lingvistilises Gümnaasiumis õpib 2024/2025. õa 213 õpilast. Kuni 2004/2005 oli gümnaasium (endine nimi Petseri 2. Keskkool) ainus üldhariduslik keskkool Venemaal, kus kõiki õppeaineid õpetati eesti keeles. 2005/2006. õppeaastast sai kooli õppekeeleks vene keel. Koolis õpetatakse eesti keelt 5. -9. klassini 2 tundi nädalas ja 10.-11. klassides 3 tundi nädalas.
