Parliamentary elections in March 2023 – voting abroad
Parliamentary elections are held in Estonia on 5 March 2023. Keep in mind that you can also vote abroad. Every vote of every citizen counts!
The right to vote abroad applies to Estonian citizens living abroad permanently and to voters who are temporarily staying abroad and are included in the list of voters. You can vote electronically, at a foreign representation or by mail.
To make sure voting goes smoothly on the day of voting, take some time to read the information on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

In many countries, Estonian associations have organised meetings with representatives of political parties. For example, the Estonian Central Council in Canada and the Estonian World Council are organising a debate with representatives of political parties on 29 January at 13.00 (Toronto time, at 20.00 Estonian time) at the Tartu College in Toronto at 310 Bloor St. W. (in a hybrid format).
The debate offers political parties a chance to speak directly to voters abroad, present their platforms and answer questions. The debate is moderated by Martin Ehala (Postimees, toimetaja) and Reet Marten Sehr (EKN).
The live debate will be broadcast at the EKN website:
