“Homeland” performed by the combined choir. Under the baton of Neeme Järvi, the singers of the final combined choir performed a spirited rendition of “Homeland” by Raimond Koll and Mihkel Veske, based on a tune by Frédéric Berat, accompanied by the raising of flags and song books.
