The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC) in partnership with the Joint Baltic American National Committee (JBANC), and the Embassies of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will commemorate the hashtag#BalticWay and Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact (hashtag#BlackRibbonDay) at 11:00 am on Friday, August 22nd in McPherson Square (right across the street from the Museum).
