Mina, eestlane: Guido Ausmaa

Guido Ausmaa graduated from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre with a major in choral conducting as a student of Professor Kuno Areng. He obtained his master’s degree at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. Since 1990, he has been living in Finland and working as a music teacher and choir conductor in Pori. Guido has played in the ensemble Kapell, sung in the mixed choir Noorus, and then conducted several choirs both in Estonia and Finland. For the last 20 years, Guido has worked as the principal conductor of the Pori Male Choir (Porin Mies-Laulu).
